Overview:

The Sales Team Leader plays a crucial role in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. This position is vital for driving the overall sales strategy and ensuring the teams success in meeting organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
  • Leading training and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback and coaching
  • Assisting in the development of sales presentations and proposals
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations to ensure the team meets or exceeds expectations
  • Contributing to the development and refinement of sales strategies
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the sales teams success
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales trends and making recommendations for improvement
  • Handling escalated customer issues and ensuring quick resolution
  • Participating in the recruitment and onboarding process of new sales team members
  • Assisting in the development of sales training programs
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices
  • Leading by example and demonstrating a strong work ethic
  • Ensuring a positive and productive work environment within the sales team

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or related field
  • Proven experience in a sales environment with a successful track record
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to effectively coach mentor and motivate team members
  • Indepth knowledge of sales principles and practices
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to success
