Our client a rapidly growing leader in the residential property management industry is looking to add a Leasing Negotiator to their team. The Leasing Negotiator will manage leasing activities to ensure high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction. This role requires a proactive and organized professional with strong property management and leasing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and lease properties to maintain high occupancy rates.
- Ensure properties are presentable for viewings.
- Conduct property tours inspections and followups.
- Manage tenant relations and handle inquiries.
- Schedule viewings negotiate leases and complete paperwork.
- Coordinate utility transfers and tenant registrations.
- Provide regular performance reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Property Managers on issues.
- Ensure timely rent collection and follow up on arrears.
- Manage key registry and fob access systems.
- Submit and handle RTB cases.
Requirements
- Appropriate PSRA license and propertyrelated educational qualification.
- Use of a car with a full clean driver s license.
- Knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation RTB regulations and statutory property obligations.
- At least 2 years of property management or leasing experience.
- Enthusiastic motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational communication and presentation skills.
- Yardi experience is a plus.
