This is a fulltime role based in Littleton MA.
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and oversee all operational activities (construction & maintenance) ensuring they align with company standards and are executed in a timely and costeffective manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and manage all operational activities ensuring they are performed efficiently and within established procedures.
- Safely operate all company vehicles and equipment.
- Promote and enforce safety standards raising awareness among peers and management.
- Ensure quality control for all units constructed under your supervision.
- Conduct regular team meetings to foster communication and collaboration.
- Cultivate a team culture that balances employees needs with practical business approaches.
- Review upcoming orders with shop technicians
- Schedule and oversee various phases of production.
- Assist in developing methods for preparing office trailers and modular buildings.
- Help with loading and unloading materials.
Requirements
MUST HAVES:
- Associate degree or 35 years of relevant work experience in light carpentry maintenance or construction trades
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
