We are Hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager II Daycare Oncology for our Hospital client in Dublin. Fulltime/Permanent contract
Responsibilities
- The role entails directing and coordinating the daily operations of patient care within the unit.
- Conducting thorough analyses of workloads and skill requirements is essential to effectively meet the needs of patients care.
- Evaluate the competencies of staff members and assign patient care responsibilities accordingly.
- It is crucial to familiarize oneself with hospital policies regarding the secure administration of cytotoxic preparations.
- Assists with patient care as needed.
Requirements
- Be listed in the NMBIs general section of the nurse registry (important)
- Possess three to five years of acute setting experience following registration (important)
- Possess a recognized degree or the necessary experience in the field (important)
- Possess a minimum of one years experience in management (preferred).
- Possess completion of a management training program (preferred)
- Have demonstrated clinical and professional aptitude
- Must have strong IT abilities and be adept at using all necessary apps.
- Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and the capacity for independent work.
- Possess outstanding leadership and communication abilities and the capacity to interact constructively with both staff and patients.
