Job Description: International B2B Sales Associate

Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients in international markets.
- Generate new leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are beneficial for both parties.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking progress against targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
