Job Title: Electrical Harness Engineer

Location : Peoria Illinois OR Tuson AZ(Onsite)

Job Description:

• 4 years of experience in Electrical Harness Routing Design Concept integrating CPI (Continuous Process Improvements) in heavy equipment domain
• Hands on experience on Creo Schematic/diagram Part design Assembly Group and Arrangement.
• Utilize Creo to create highly integrated designs within the machine platforms
• Good experience in verification of harness design rules Illustration drawings and layout preparation.
• Have knowledge on Electrical systems and able to understand Schematics / Circuit design.
• Good Knowledge on components used for wiring harness design. (Wire types and its selection Fuses Relays Controllers connectors coverings support clips etc.)
• Knowledge on sheet metal design and automotive wire harness manufacturing process is added advantage.
• Should be ready to work on multiple harness and schematic development tools.
• Should be able to interact with customers and provide solutions.
• Working on creating a comparison concept between current and existing design to check clearance and finalize design
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Creation of CN and release the CN for Teamcenter activity
• Strong Interpersonal & communication skills.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in an Electrical Engineering or Mechanical plus
• 4 years of ElectroMechanical engineering experience with Creo CAD Software and PLM
• Knowledge of NPI process
