Role Description

1. Assisting in product development including sourcing materials and trims.

2. Coordinating with designers vendors and factories to ensure timely production.

3. Creating and maintaining records reports and spreadsheets related to production inventory and shipping.

4. Conducting quality control checks on raw materials and finished goods.

5. Assisting in negotiating prices payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.

6. Monitoring production schedules shipment deadlines and inventory levels.

7. Communicating with crossfunctional teams including design production and sales.

8. Assisting in managing inventory including tracking stock levels and coordinating stock transfers.

9. Supporting the development of product costings pricing strategies and profit margins.

10. Staying uptodate with industry trends market analysis and competitor research.

Junior Merchandisers work under the guidance of senior merchandisers and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the garment production process from concept to delivery.
