Our client is an international trading company to support for manufacturers with electronics related parts who is looking for qualified candidate to join their firm:
PO & Stock Calculation
- Check the customers prediction once a week to see the trend.
- Figure out how much stock you have now so that you can place new orders with the right amount of time and materials.
Shipment Arrangement
- Book a flight or boat.
- Send out the shipping paperwork.
- Follow custom clearance inboundoutbound process.
- Pay for tax if have.
Collection and Report
- Collect original document monthly.
- Make monthly sales plan cashflow or other report as requested.
Communication and Negotiation
- Communicate well with all parties to give the best solution & cost saving.
- Deal with forwarders to get better rate.
Other duties are assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in purchasing logistics or similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Strong customer service and problemsolving skills
- Attention to details.
