BE/ME/PhD in Computer Engineering Robotics Engineering Mechatronics Computer Science Electrical Engineering Robotics or a related field with 3 to 5 years of experience.
Required Competencies:
Developer with strong programming skills in C using Linux OS and middleware such as ROS/ROS2 and DDS required for motion planning.
Comfortable with computational geometry skills and mathematical concepts required for path planning
Should have a good understanding of graphbased data structures (quadtree octree KDtree etc.) & searchbased algorithms for path planning like A* RRT D * etc.
Should have a working knowledge of Obstacle avoidance Behavioral planning and new motion planning algorithms for comfortable and safe trajectories efficiently
Handson experience in robotic and/or vehicle system design and implementation and knowledge of vehicle dynamics kinematics and modeling
Experience in version control tools like GIT or IBM Clearcase
Able to experiment (or) integrate open source libraries and toolchain for Path Planning development
Should be able to understand the Networking concepts and comfortable working in a Linux development environment
Excellent communication & Presentation skills.
