Position Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Insurance Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating insurance data into our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update insurance policy information into the companys database.
Verify and crosscheck data for errors and inconsistencies.
Maintain and organize digital and physical records of insurance documents.
Process and review insurance applications claims and renewals.
Communicate with insurance agents and clients to obtain necessary information and clarify discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and industry regulations.
Assist with generating reports and analyzing data as needed.
Perform other administrative duties related to data entry and insurance documentation.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry preferably in the insurance industry.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Knowledge of insurance terminology and procedures is preferred.
