The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent to meet the companys staffing needs. Key Responsibilities: -
Talent Sourcing and Attraction:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highquality candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards social media networking and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Screening and Selection:
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct indepth interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.

Job Advertising and Employer Branding:
- Create compelling job descriptions and postings to attract top talent.
- Promote the companys employer brand to enhance the attractiveness of the organization to potential candidates.
- Participate in industry events career fairs and networking opportunities to promote the company.

Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
- Partner with HR and other departments to align recruitment efforts with overall business objectives.
