Position HR Executive Contract Labor Management

Responsibilities:
Design compensation and benefits packages for Contract Labor
Implement performance review procedures for Contract Labor
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
Implement effective sourcing screening and interviewing techniques for Contract Labor
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
Act as the point of contact / Coordinate regarding labor legislation issues / statutory issues.
Manage employees grievances.
Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
Oversee daily operations of the Contract Labor in HR department.
Requirements
Requirements and Skills:
Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
Knowledge of Minimum Wages Act Payment of Wages Act Factories Act Maternity Benefit Act EPFO ESI
Knowledge of proposed new Labor Codes in India (desirable)
Experience with fullcycle recruiting.
Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts employee leaves and insurance).
Demonstrable leadership abilities.
Solid communication skills.
Graduate with 34 years of experience in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
MBA in HR (not mandatory) but desirable.
