Are you a driven individual with a knack for building relationships and a passion for education technology J

oin Sapientury as a Business Development Associate where youll leverage your experience in the edtech sector to make impactful cold calls aid in crafting sales strategies and work on closing deals with potential customers. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of transforming education and empowering students.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities and approaches.
  • Contribute to the development of sales pitches proposals and presentations.

Deal Closure and Negotiation

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals effectively and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through consistent followups and relationship management.
  • Make cold calls to introduce our products and services generate leads and set up meetings.
  • Work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure all contracts are accurately prepared and executed.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and customer preferences.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to enhance our business development strategies.



Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development sales or a related role within the edtech sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A resultsdriven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with sales strategies and negotiation techniques.
  • Understanding of the edtech industry and its unique challenges and opportunities.
