Our client a rising fashion brand is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Goal Management (OKR KPI):
- Develop and implement goal management processes for the organization and departments.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors and managers to set monthly/quarterly OKRs and KPIs aligned with the organizations strategy and goals.
- Design and implement performance management tools and systems to measure analyze consolidate and report on OKRs and KPIs at the company and department levels.
- Ensure OKRs are communicated and understood throughout the organization.
- Ensure employee goals are aligned with the overall organizational goals.
- Performance Evaluation:
- Implement a companywide OKR performance management system on a regular basis.
- Monitor and report on OKR and KPI progress at the department and company levels on a regular basis.
- Analyze OKR and KPI data and recommend performance improvement solutions.
- Organize regular OKR and KPI reviews.
- Research and Improvement:
- Research and apply goal and performance management methods and tools.
- Develop performance improvement plans and track progress.
- Work closely with other HR departments such as recruitment and L&D to ensure performance management is integrated and aligned with other HR functions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in HR Business Administration or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in performance management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of goal and performance management models and concepts (OKR BSC & KPI MBO MBP Continuous/ Agile Performance Management etc.).
- Excellent relationshipbuilding skills.
- Strong communication consulting and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge and skills in using technology and software for data management and analysis.
- Ability to research and prepare documents in English.
