Requirements

• Adherence to company protocols concerning formats and procedures during preshow development

• Formulation of comprehensive and realistic budgets based on designated projects RFPs and set designs.
  
• Creation or modification of CAD layouts to address varying needs or issues as they arise.
  
• Thorough accounting of all technical expenditures including crew travel per diem shipping and labor costs.
  
• Scheduling and coordination of local labor as required.
  
• Management of logistics for equipment transportation including deliveries and pickups.
  
• Oversight of the loadin and loadout phases for all assigned projects.
  
• Supervision of onsite crew time allocation and documentation.
  

• Proficiency in Excel encompassing company s budgets and clientprovided templates and adeptness in working with linked cells and formulas.
  
• Profound mastery of CAD software such as Vectorworks.
  
• Capability to offer clear and concise directives promptly even in live event scenarios.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills fostering effective interactions with management crew members and clients.
  
• Comfort in engaging with clients facetoface.
  
• Demonstrated leadership skills within a team setting.
  
• Skillful communication onsite with the designated crew.
  
• Effective time management abilities ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  
• Indepth understanding of technical equipment and its functionality.
  
• Proficiency in devising technical show flows based on agendas supplied by clients.
  
• Competence in conducting site visits at contracted venues or potential locations.
  
• Willingness to undertake frequent travel across the United States and internationally.
  
• Availability to work extended hours including evenings and weekends as necessitated by the roles demands.
