Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing
• C1 level proficiency in German and English
• Valid work permit for Germany
• Availability to start in July

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance as a digital marketing advisor with a specialization in social media marketing strategies.
• Analyze social media advertisement analytics to optimize campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
• Communicate with advertisers through inbound and outbound calls to discuss advertising strategies and budget allocations.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective sales funnel strategies.
• Keep up with industry trends and suggest innovative approaches to improve advertising campaigns.
• Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as call success rates campaign implementation metrics and attendance targets.
