• Reservations and bookings
• Cancellations and modifications
• Guest feedback and complaints
• Account management

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problemsolve and work independently
• Proficient in German is must
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry (a plus)
