Job Description:
Assist with the strategy and planning for category growth and profitability initiatives
o Business planning for new categories
o Assist with commercial planning such as trade scheme structuring to increase utilization and retention in partnership with category managers
o Pricing and retention margin analysis to improve profitability and ROI
o Category related training and content initiatives for Sales team
Responsible for building the AOP for the year in close coordination with all stakeholders and monitoring progress of top line and bottom line
Monthly Operating Plan preparation with all stakeholders such as Sales Customer Growth Supply Chain
Improve existing performance and overall profitability by reporting on key metrics such as category share growth bill penetration Opportunity Loss by channel and geography. Recommend strategies and approaches; responsible for actioning specific projects
Lead or Support special projects as required such as process improvements channel strategies
Assist with Quarterly and annual planning and reviews
Requirements:
23 years in management consulting
Retail FMCG procurement experience preferred but not mandatory
Engineer MBA; Excel and PPT advanced user
Will need to work with several internal and cross functional stakeholders
