Job Description:
Generate New Sales Bring New leads & generate new customers for organization.
Handle Existing Customers Manage domestic Sales fulfilment requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate product delivery with proper documentation.
Handle Backend support required for Sales.
Setting & managing consumer and trade events.
Close follow up with their daytoday visits including attendance and other mandates.
Ensure customer master data account profile information and customer product.
Receive coordinate and process all sales orders based on the customers requests.
Ensure availability of stock and timely dispatch of orders.
Ensure accounts are in compliance with corporate credit policies.
Guarantee customer satisfaction through quality followups.
Prepare monthly sales forecasts and weekly sales reports.
Additional Responsibilities:
Attend phone calls whenever required
Make phone calls to new leads
Follow ups with clients regarding their future needs
Coordinate with the National Manager and provide required assistance to him/her
Maintain appropriate communication between clients & customers and with team members
