procedures.
Employ analytical thinking to maintain and analyze the Management Information System (MIS)
regularly.
B Statutory Compliance:
Stay updated on the latest developments in Labour Laws and ensure comprehensive compliance
across all facets.
Manage the full spectrum of labour law compliance activities from registration to renewals and
returns across the national landscape.
Conduct meticulous audits to monitor and ensure compliance of contractors.
C Court Cases and Conciliation Matters:
Collaborate closely with legal experts to navigate legal complexities and minimize associated risks.
Assume responsibility for managing cases before various forums including Session Court Labour
Court and High Court as well as conciliation matters with the aid of external consultants.
Maintain meticulous records and track the progress of all legal proceedings.
D Liaisoning with Government Officials:
Drive effective liaisoning activities with governmental bodies through proactive engagement and
strategic communication.
Foster regular and productive dialogue by conducting scheduled meetings with government
officials.
