Were Astrid & Miyu a UK founded jewellery company on a mission to revolutionise the jewellery experience.
Our journey started back in 2012 when our founder Connie saw an opportunity to bring something different to the jewellery market. Inspired by her local jeweller back home in Seoul South Korea Connie wanted to offer a unique and innovative experience on the high street whilst creating a brand that is inclusive & empowering.
Fast forward to now we have 24 stores globally and nearly 400 employees across the UK Ireland and US we pioneer in everything we do from our product to our in store experience and now we are bringing our mission to Amsterdam!

THE MISSION OF THE STORE MANAGER
As an inspirational leader you will create the most memorable and engaging instore experience at our first Amsterdam store. As the first Store Manager in this new market you will drive brand awareness whilst championing our core values being an integral part of the continued growth and expansion of the brand.
WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE
Experiential Retail
Lead by example on the shop floor ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer experience through our 3 experiential retail pillars: Community & Connection Memorable Moments and Inspiration & Innovative.
Drive continuous elevation to our overall customer experience to ensure the customer is at the heart of all decisions
Build brand loyalty by promoting our CRM scheme hosting events and engaging with your local community
Inspirational Reverse Leadership
You will inspire support and coach your team to truly flourish and grow in their roles
Adopt a reverse leadership approach inspiring continuous growth to your team through training coaching and frequent reviews in order to cultivate highperforming and truly engaged teams
A clear and confident communicator youre comfortable with delivering feedback on the shop floor observing & delivering in the moment
Commercial Success
Confident in driving a commercially strong store you will lead the way in ensuring strong numbers are achieved through inventory management VM store layouts and experiential retail
Ensure efficient and effective operational processes in your store to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
Drive Sustainability & Positive Social & Environmental Impact
Proactive commitment to continuously optimising your social and environmental impact from both large to small decisions staying committed within your role to together growing a sustainable business.
WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE FROM ME
5 years experience as a Store Manager preferably having worked for an international business
A values champion and brand ambassador you are the role model for your store team and our values resonate deeply with you
You have a strong presence high on influencing your energy is infectious and authentically inspires those around you
You have the ability to develop and mentor a highperforming team to create an environment fostered by learning growth and development
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Youre always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have
