Job Title: Inbound Sales Executive

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales preferably in FMCG sector

Job Type: Fulltime

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Inbound Sales Executive to join our team at FMCG Company Name. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inbound sales particularly within the fastmoving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. This role requires strong communication skills a customercentric approach and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Inbound Sales: Respond promptly to customer inquiries assess their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Order Processing: Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain uptodate knowledge of the company s products and services to effectively address customer queries and promote offerings.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team marketing team and other departments to optimize the overall customer experience and achieve business objectives.
  • Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of sales activities customer interactions and other relevant information using CRM software.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Inbound Sales Executive or similar role preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Candidate should have 5-6 years of customer-facing experience working as customer service, technical support, or sales. Technical proficiency: He/She should be able to understand and explain technical concepts to the reporting team or customer, troubleshoot technical issues, and work collaboratively with the Sales and product team. Leadership skills: The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience of leading and managing a team, including setting team goals, providing coaching and feedback, and tracking team performance metrics. Strong communication skills: The candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills. They should be able to communicate with customers clearly and effectively, team members, and other stakeholders in the company. Analytical skills: The candidate should be able to use data to drive decisions and optimize team performance. They should have experience tracking and analysing customer success metrics, and be able to use this data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
