Keeping full set accounts for the company
Principles Duties
- Responsible for the daytoday accounting function.
- Prepare the full set account and monthly management reports.
- Prepare the audit schedules and tax schedules.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
- Liaise with external auditors tax agent (Group) and relevant authorities for statutory compliance.
- Preparation of payments and to support Treasury function.
- Assist in analysis and to provide management with detailed information on operations.
- Other ad hoc assignment when required by the management.
Requirements
Education
- LCCI / Higher Diploma / Degree in Accountancy
Experience
- At least 3 years and MUST HAVE experience working in a PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT/CONSTRUCTION environment would be an advantage.
Skills Knowledge and Abilities
- Able to interact with different levels of staff (including management) across different functional areas.
- Analytical.
- Able to understand and produce the required reports from the accounting software systems
- Able to complete tasks in a timely manner.
