POSITION SUMMARY
A key professional responsible for ensuring the financial health of an organization. They conduct accurate data analysis and offer advice to senior management on strategies to maximize profits securing longterm success for the company.
DIMENSIONS OF ROLE
The role of a finance manager is critical to an organizations success. A finance manager is responsible for securing funding making investment and financial forecasting decisions managing liquidity and working capital and making capital budgeting dividend and risk management decisions.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Skills
1. Technical Tax Knowledge:
Strong understanding of tax laws regulations and compliance requirements for Thailand Malaysia and Singapore.
Ability to interpret tax codes and apply them to organizational operations.
2. Treasury Management Skills:
Proficiency in cash flow management liquidity forecasting and cash management strategies.
Knowledge of financial instruments including hedging techniques for managing financial risks.
3. Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Ability to analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights.
Experience in preparing financial statements and reports related to treasury operations.
4. Risk Management:
Understanding of financial risks such as foreign exchange interest rate and credit risks.
Ability to develop and implement risk management strategies.
5. Communication and Stakeholder Management:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders (senior management departments) and external parties (tax authorities banks).
6. ProblemSolving and DecisionMaking:
Analytical mindset to identify issues and develop solutions.
Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
7. Project Management:
Experience in managing projects related to tax compliance treasury operations or financial reporting.
8. Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge:
Understanding of regulatory requirements related to tax and treasury functions.
Ability to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in finance and accounting or professional certifications (e.g. CPA ACCA etc).
At least 5 years of relevant experience in similar role
Relevant insurance and contact center (BPO) experience is preferred.
Familiarity with financial regulations tax laws and compliance requirements is essential.
Experience in insurance or assistance industry.
Excellent written and spoken English. It would be an added advantage if candidate speaks Thai.
