الوصف الوظيفي

  • Extensive handson experience with ServiceNow including solutioning and architecture.
  • Proven experience in setting up SSO using Auth0 or Okta.
  • Strong programming background with proficiency in languages such as JavaScript Glide Jelly or other relevant scripting languages.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified Implementation Specialist Certified Application Developer) are highly desirable

Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Lead Technical Specialist to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong handson experience in ServiceNow with exceptional skills in solutioning and architecture.
  • This role requires indepth knowledge of setting up Single SignOn (SSO) using Auth0 or Okta.
  • A background in the US healthcare domain specifically inpatient services and benefits verification flow is highly desirable.
  • Additionally the candidate should have a strong programming background
  • Lead the technical implementation of ServiceNow projects ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
  • Architect and design ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements and enhance the platforms capabilities.
  • Develop and implement SSO integrations using Auth0 or Okta ensuring secure and seamless access for users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements provide technical guidance and develop comprehensive solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow and SSO integrations.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features functionalities and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
  • Perform regular system reviews and audits to ensure the integrity and security of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Utilize strong programming skills to develop custom scripts applications and integrations within the ServiceNow platform

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Good to have skills:

  • Background in the US healthcare domain specifically in patient services and benefits verification flow.
  • Experience with other SSO providers and identity management solutions.
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML CSS XML REST SOAP).
  • Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies. familiarity with the solutions like ITSM ITOM etc
