Database Administrator

Our client a world leader in life sciences and diagnostics is looking for a "Salesforce Database Admnistrator" based out of Tucson AZ

Duration: LongTerm Contract (High possibility of extension and/or conversion)

Responsibilities
Manages data standards and data integrity including all field values
Performs data audits data cleaning migration and archiving
Creates Salesforce reports to track opportunities contacts leads accounts etc.
New employee training on the Salesforce application
Creation and management of training material
Key point of contact for all end user issues including bugs and minor enhancements
Provides statistics on end user issue resolution
Liason to IT for all bug fixes and minor enhancements
Responsible for testing all bug fixes and minor enhancements which includes requirement tracking and
Manages all tickets entered by end users
Secures Salesforce database by developing policies procedures and controls
Miscellaneous duties and special projects as needed

Required Skills:

5 years of database management experience that includes field value management

2 years of experience designing developing and producing reports from a database application

4 years of experience designing developing and producing reports from a database application

5 years of Experience with database software/web applications.

Experience managing end users
