Job description
We are looking for a Process Specialist Wilmer TX
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspecting and ensuring the normal operation of equipment and process in our solar panel module manufacturing facility
Developing and providing training on manufacturing work instructions and procedures
Addressing and proposing solutions for various accidents and issues that may arise during the production process
Making and maintaining daily operation and maintenance records of relevant systems
Following work arrangements rules and processes as well as safety and conduct policies
Completing other work and tasks assigned by the supervisor or management
Cooperating with the engineer to provide onsite guidance for special operations
Performing other duties and special projects as needed
OTHER PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Been able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Been able to communicate verbally efficiently.
Sedentary work. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists hands and/or fingers.
The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
QUALIFICATIONS
An associate degree or above in a related field such as industrial engineering mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
At least 2 years of relevant practical work experience preferably in solar modules or semiconductors
Skillful use of computer office software and AUTOCAD software
Dedication hard work reliability and adaptability to shifts and pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
