Data Analyst Remote
We are seeking four Data Analysts with strong relationshipbuilding technical and analytical skills for our client in the insurance industry. In this role you will engage in various processes and deliverables within the project life cycle including articulating business requirements defining user acceptance testing and supporting multiple stakeholders. You will collaborate with service owners benefits administrators and management across multiple locations to support large corporate clients ensuring exceptional benefits administration and customer service.

Responsibilities:
Identify impacts to the clients.
Manage endtoend pre and postenrollment reporting analysis and updates.
Collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders for status updates and client issue resolution.
Create handover documentation and transition changes for signoff.
Contribute to enrollment projectlevel deliverables.
Proactively share information and foster continued learning within the team.
Seek ways to improve and streamline work processes and service delivery.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelors degree preferred.
2 years of data analysis experience.
Proficiency in intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL.
Proficiency in Microsoft Access Visual Basic programming Macros VBA (nice to have).
Thorough knowledge of analysis techniques.
Familiarity with standard electronic files.
Familiarity with Benefits Administration Systems (Vital Objects) (nice to have).
Knowledge of group benefits and benefits administration (nice to have).

Ability to effectively communicate ideas and recommendations.
