JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preparation of procurement requests and necessary specifications
- Preparation of shipment plans and active involvement in shipment processes
- Supplier research and evaluation
- Conducting budgeting activities creating and managing budget plans for relevant processes
- Obtaining procurement offers negotiating contracts
- Managing/reviewing relevant financial processes
- Invoice processing
- Managing/reviewing processes for acceptance of goods and services
- Domestic and international market research and updates
- Preparation of medium and longterm procurement plans
Requirements
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from engineering departments of universities (Mechanical Eng. Industrial Eng. Material and Metallurgy Eng.)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in domestic and international procurement of materials equipment and services
- Preferably worked in heavy industry and manufacturing sectors
- Experienced in procurement contract preparation and management
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills effective written and verbal communication skills
- Management of domestic and international logistics activities
- Able to work resultsoriented adapt to a fastpaced work environment
- Advanced skills in management team leadership and reporting
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
- Proficient in English
