Job Title: Production Machine Operator

Location: Jeddah Head Office

Department: Operation / Production

Reports to: Production Team Leader

Job Purpose: Ensure machine performance and production optimization is in line with technical specifications and production schedule.

Key Accountabilities:

• Machine Performance: Ensure maximum output of the machine/job station by minimizing machine downtime through daily preventive maintenance actions.
• Product Quality: Complete all quality checks to meet product specifications minimizing quality incidences and customer complaints.
• Cost Effectiveness: Control defectives and wastages as per standards through regular monitoring.
• Machine Safety: Maintain all machines in safe working condition according to company standards ensuring a zeroaccident environment in the workplace.
• GMP: Ensure all products and maintenance processes comply with quality and hygiene standards continually improving and implementing processes.
• Training: Train new workers on the machine to ensure proper capability through regular onjob and workshop training.
• Line Safety: Strictly adhere to all SH&E standards to maintain an accidentfree workplace.

Operating Environment:

• High focus on food safety.
• Ability to work in high temperature areas.

Communication & Working Relationships:

• Key Relationships: Production Team Leader Production Officer/Assistant Production Manager/Production Manager Quality Team.
• Focus Areas: Daily reporting of operations sharing views and ideas for effective team performance daytoday coordination on quality checks.

Organizational Chart: Reports to Production Team Leader with direct relationships to the Production Officer Assistant Production Manager Production Manager and Quality Team.

Dimensions:

• Direct supervision of 815 employees.
• No indirect supervision.

Capability Profile:

Essential:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of process management engineering and PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers).
• Computer literate.
• Basic knowledge in English and Arabic.
• 3 years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years of experience in the Middle East.
• FMCG experience.
• Experience working in multicultural environments.

Desirable:

• Vocational course.
• Additional certifications or training in relevant fields.
