DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- In this role you will work as a Customer Support & Travel Agent for one of our clients in the aviation industry. Your task will be to promote services to existing clients. This is not a sales position.
- The most important task however is to give the customer a pleasant experience and a positive feeling.
- You will be required to work on both calls and chats.
- Works well under pressure/multitasking skills / requires some previous multitasking examples
REQUIREMENTS
- Spanish and English (C2) (additional languages are considered an advantage)
- Friendly and positive team player
- Serviceoriented and great interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
