You will:

• Backoffice tasks with occasional outbound calls
• Handle customer inquiries regarding payments refunds VAT adjustments invoice amendments credit/debit memos and reconciliation with care and efficiency
• Provide assistance to Sales Sales Support and Order Management daily ensuring smooth operations addressing customer inquiries and managing escalations across all payment methods

You need:

• Fluency in Dutch (C1 native level)
• Proficiency in English (min. B2 level)
• Excellent telephone manner interpersonal and communication skills and very good accuracy and attention
