Event Manager

We are currently seeking experienced and talented individuals to join our team as Event Managers for both fulltime and parttime remote positions. As an Event Manager you will be responsible for planning organizing and executing various events including but not limited to conferences fundraisers corporate meetings and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to determine event goals objectives and budget

Identify and secure venues vendors and suppliers for events

Develop and manage event timelines schedules and budgets

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for event logistics and requirements

Oversee the setup execution and breakdown of events

Manage onsite event staff and volunteers

Conduct postevent evaluations and prepare event reports

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or related field

Proven experience in event planning and management

Strong organizational time management and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a remote position and applicants must be a resident of the United States. Fulltime employees will be expected to work 40 hours per week while parttime employees will have flexible hours based on project needs.
