As a Process Engineer you will play a crucial role in the development and improvement of our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing new strategies to increase efficiency and productivity. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement

Design and implement new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity

Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure they are running smoothly and making necessary adjustments as needed

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any processrelated issues

Develop and maintain process documentation including standard operating procedures and work instructions

Assist in the training of production personnel on new processes and procedures

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide suggestions for cost reduction and waste elimination

Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in process engineering to suggest new ideas and technologies for implementation

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus

Previous internship or coop experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
