We are seeking a Fresher/Junior Medical Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills for a busy GP Clinic in Robina which includes 5 Doctors 1 Nurse and onsite pathology.

This role is ideal for anyone looking to start a career as a Medical Receptionist and who has excellent communication skills. As a key member of our administrative team you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our patients.

• Welcoming patients with a warm smile and outstanding customer service
  
• Assisting with incoming and outgoing phone calls
  
• Managing and scheduling patient appointments and data entry
  
• Ensuring a smooth registration process
  
• Providing administrative support to the clinical team as required
  
• Billing and processing payments
  
• Maintain cleanliness of clinic and treatment rooms
  
• Providing GP assistance where required within scope of receptionist role
