Our mission is to accelerate the Mobility Revolution: our proprietary platform offers lean and techenabled B2B solutions to the automotive industry enabling car manufacturers car leasing and mobility players to move and handle any car to any corner of Europe within 48h.

Otoqi currently operates in France Italy Germany and plans to launch new countries soon.

In order to handle our next step we are looking for our Financial Planning & Analyst Manager.

Main tasks

Manage and develop existing monthly and annual P&L and cash reportings as well as forecasts. Cooperate with CEO and management team to define annual budgets.
Coordinate and develop our accounting resources (external and internal) to align on process and reporting. Set up financial performance management organization across the group.
Cooperate with tech and operations excellence team to scale up our invoicing management systems.

Responsabilities

Overall ownership of P&L cash forecasting and reporting as well as financial performance management.

Objectives :

Improve our existing processes so that they can support Otoqis scale up
Start implementing financial performance management throughout the group.

Who we are looking for:

• Up to 4 years of experience in FP&A Controlling ;
• Significant experience in financial management ;
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work as part of a team ;
• Proficiency in financial management tools and billing systems ;
• Ability to work effectively with technical and operational teams ;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems proactively ;
• Great communication skills ;
• You are selfstarter fast learner and impact driven ;
• You have a great adaptability skills to work in a constantly evolving and fast paced environment ;
• You have an analytical mind and run analysis to understand financial data ;
• You are fluent in French andEnglish (Italian or German is a plus).
