Join us at our Berlin headquarters as Engagement Lead (m/w/d).

WHAT YOULL DO

• As Engagement Lead your goal is to understand relevant business challenges and needs in the OetkerGroup.
• You excel at building and maintaining strong longlasting relationships. As the primary point of contact for projectrelated communication you ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• You work with internal data teams interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights. Your datadriven recommendations empower Oetker Group companies to make informed decisions across various areas.
• You lead crossfunctional project teams ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects. You develop detailed project plans set clear objectives and manage resources effectively.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and identify new opportunities to advance the Oetker Groups digital transformation.
• You prepare and present detailed reports dashboards and visualizations. Your communication skills convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• You work closely with internal teams including data scientists marketing specialists and operations experts to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

WHAT YOULL BRING

• Exceptional consulting project and stakeholder Management skills (track record of leading impactful consulting projects for 5 years)
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Experience in understanding and identifying business challenges and needs.
• Proven experience leading and managing crossfunctional teams.
• Analytical and quantitative problem solving skills.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
• Fluency in German & English
