Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customerfocused Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries resolving issues and providing exceptional service over the phone. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries complaints or support requests.
- Handle a high volume of calls efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products services and policies.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry changes.
- Meet or exceed call center metrics and performance standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using computers and software applications.
- Patience empathy and the ability to handle difficult situations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays if required.
