Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customerfocused Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing customer calls providing excellent customer service resolving inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills a problemsolving attitude and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products services and policies.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on customer calls when necessary to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality response time and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer applications.
