About the Company

Our client is a multinational Chinese employer which is providing network tools network services and telecommunication related needs. Our clients headquarter is based on Shenzhen Guangdong whos established in 1987. This company is starting to produce phone switches and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195000 employees.

We are looking for a dedicated Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Bali. This role involves managing orders revenue and customer relationships within the city. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing market operations building key customer relationships and maintaining a partner ecosystem. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the ICT industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and drive sales order and revenue targets for Bali.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the region.
  • Lead citylevel market operations and strategically build the local partner ecosystem.
  • Plan and organize representative officelevel branding activities and manage local projects.
  • Promote the brand and encourage key customer participation in events to enhance relationships.
  • Explore and identify key potential customers in the city managing the endtoend sales process from initial contact to maintaining ongoing relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Willing to work at Denpasar Bali.
  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in Communication Electrical Engineering Computer Studies or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales role within the ICT industry preferably as an account manager handling diverse industries such as Finance Transport Oil & Gas and Government sectors.
  • Deep understanding of market trends and current market conditions in Indonesia.
  • Ability to map product competitiveness and analyze competitor offerings.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ICT products with the ability to explain product features find solutions and provide recommendations based on customer needs.

Skills:

  • Strong capability in customer development and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Keen industry insight and ability to engage in strategic planning and execution.
  • Mandatory public presentation skills; must be fluent and engaging in communication.
  • Strong team communication skills able to interact effectively with team members supervisors and external stakeholders.
