Job Title: UX Designer

Location: Alameda CA (Onsite Need only locals )

Duration: Full time Hire

Primary Skills (Must have)

Creative UX designer with strong portfolio

Excellent visual design skills with User Centric Design approach and usability

Lead and drive sessions to gather business goals and end user needs

Collaborate with cross functional peers to build govern and grow digital experience

Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively innovative UX solutions and experiences

Hands on experience in UI design wireframes prototypes mockups style guides

Lead the user experience for client engagements guide project team and frontend developers

Create components and provide guidelines and documentation for development team

Brainstorm new ideas layouts and graphics

Present design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders

Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends

Experience comprised of public facing website native mobile and software applications

Identify and mitigate risks tracing progress resolving conflicts ensuring quality and reporting on status

Be a lead advocate for the Design System to enable consistent experiences reuse and efficient product design and development

Secondary skills (Good to have)

Knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript

UI and development frameworks (Bootstrap Sitecore Angular React and Microsoft Power platforms)
