Requirements

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM SOM Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design implementation and support of the Subscription Order Management (SOM) module within the SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) suite. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP BRIM SOM functionalities and the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SAP BRIM SOM implementations and enhancements.

  • Solution Design: Design and configure the SAP BRIM SOM module to meet business requirements ensuring alignment with overall BRIM architecture and best practices.

  • Implementation: Lead and participate in the endtoend implementation of SAP BRIM SOM projects including system configuration testing and deployment.

  • Integration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate SAP BRIM SOM with other SAP modules and thirdparty systems ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.

  • Customization: Develop custom solutions and enhancements using ABAP or other relevant technologies to address specific business needs.

  • Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP BRIM SOM module including troubleshooting issues performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations customizations and user guides.

  • Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops for endusers and key stakeholders to ensure effective use of the SAP BRIM SOM module.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP BRIM SOM features and industry best practices and recommend improvements to optimize system performance and business processes.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field. Advanced degree or SAP certification is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of X years of handson experience with SAP BRIM SOM module including multiple fullcycle implementations.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) suite particularly in Subscription Order Management (SOM).
    • Strong understanding of the integration points with other SAP modules (e.g. SAP CRM SAP Convergent Charging SAP Convergent Invoicing).
    • Experience with ABAP programming and debugging.
    • Knowledge of SAP FICA and Convergent Mediation is a plus.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements.

  • ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on delivering highquality solutions.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

  • Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
