Are you an experienced Document Controller ready to take on a key role in a dynamic project A renowned architecture studio in London is seeking a meticulous and organized individual to join their team working closely with Populous on an exciting new venture. Your extensive experience in document control within a construction environment will be highly valued. Proficiency in Aconex and NewForma or other processled document control systems is essential. You should be detailfocused highly organized and adept at working to multiple strict deadlines. Strong communication skills are also a must.

In this role you will be responsible for controlling the issuance and reception of documents ensuring their accuracy and compliance before they are sent out. You will maintain project registers and control logs assist project teams with the storage and access of project information prepare reports and support the scheduling and closeout of project processes.
