Responsibilities:

• Design and develop efficient and reusable C code for performancecritical applications.
  
• Handle lowlatency compute and network calls effectively.
  
• Write reusable testable and efficient code adhering to best practices.
  
• Perform unit testing and bug fixing to ensure code quality.
  
• Integrate with various thirdparty C API packages.
  
• Build components that interact with other realtime applications via messaging queues such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
  

Requirements:

• 23 years of experience in developing performancecritical C applications.
  
• Strong understanding of C and ObjectOriented Programming (OOP) principles.
  
• Thorough knowledge of standard C libraries and the Standard Template Library (STL).
  
• Proficiency in multithreading and mutex concepts in C.
  
• Basic knowledge of messaging queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  
• Understanding of inmemory data stores like Redis.
  
• Strong grasp of networking concepts.
  
• Experience with data stores such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  
• Proficiency in Linux operating systems.
  
• Familiarity with version control systems specifically Git.
  
• Basic knowledge of Linux server administration.
  

Good to have:

• Basic understanding of GoLang and Python.
  
• Background in finance or a good understanding of stock markets.
  
• Familiarity with AWS services.
