Position Overview:

As a Customer Support Representative you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling Inquiries: Respond to and log consumer inquiries via phone email and online chat.
• Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of consumer interactions and feedback in the customer service database.
• Complaint Management: Address and log client complaints in accordance with the companys escalation policy.
• Service Level Agreements: Ensure that all support calls and emails are resolved within the agreed SLAs and properly documented.
• Troubleshooting: Use open questions support documents and system training to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Providing Solutions: Offer recommendations for common issues and frequently asked questions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma
• Language Skills: Native or fluent in one of the required languages
• English Proficiency: Good level of English (B2)
• Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Lisbon Portugal
• Residency: Must hold EU Citizenship or a Portuguese residence card (Visa sponsorship is not provided)
