Senior Manager - RMG

A Leading IT services company is looking for Senior Resource Management Professional.

Some of the Key responsibilities include

• Responsible for Resource fulfilment and managing operational efficiencies within a given Vertical / Service Line.
• Partner with Business for Resource forecasting Review of demands in line with overall revenue growth of the unit
• Strategize Implement and track resource fulfilment within the group
• Build Hiring and Training plan training based on the roll off and bench
• Track and Monitor Utilization. Suggest and implement plans for improvement of utilization
• Govern bench & implement measures to be at the optimal number
• Tracking of Unbilled / Buffer resources
• Collaborate with vertical / service line leadership and all enabling functions
• Build and manage high performing team

Candidate Profile:

• 1520 years experience in Resource Management Group
• Excellent understanding of the various business levers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong data orientation
• Should have handled large teams
• Role will be based in Noida
