Data Architect

Role:

• Collaborate with Enterprise Arch. Tech. Arch. other Data Arch. Digital and Enterprise Data Management
• Guide engineering teams (PEDX) and related management in implementation of the reference architecture using the reference implementation.
• Communicate with and engage key stakeholders both regularly and when relevant
• Define high level target data product landscape including prioritisation
• Define conceptual models for People domain (50% of domain left)
• Assist in defining logical models with ambition to delegate to Sr engineer to maintain
• Engage as domain architect in the development of technical capabilities (e.g. data classification) and establishing practices (e.g. data modelling practice)
• Lead and drive collection of meta data for documentation of integration landscape
• Define target architecture and its transitional stages (short/H1 mid/H2 long/H3)

Essential requirements:

• Expressing seniority in leadership selfdriving solid experience in stakeholder management
• extensive experience in modern data architecture solid understanding of the data mesh
• Data and information modelling on different levels of abstraction
  
• Strategic mindset and the ability to define/express target architectures and transitional stages for short term (H1) midterm (H2) and longterm (3).

Meritorious:

• significant experience with driving strategy to roadmap to backlog to execution
  
• significant experience with the legal challenges of working with sensitive and personal data (GDPR betriebs rat etc) with aspects such as cross border transfer access management classification data protection retention
  
• significant experience with the challenges of working in a multiregional multi cloud context
  
• effective communicator across organisational business and technical boundaries
  
• significant experience in guiding teams in and making architecture recommendations/decisions with business focus
• significant experience with architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF 10) and paradigms (e.g. data mesh DDD)
• good understanding of data pipelines and data transformation
