Were looking for an ambitious and passionate Senior Growth Marketer to join our team. You have experience working with an earlystage B2C startup or in a company that values innovation great user experience and technical quality. You are always pushing for the best outcome and you are keen on working in a fastpaced environment.

Tasks

• Build Acquisition Roadmaps: Work with the Marketing team to set the groundwork by owning and implementing the strategy and scaled levers for consumer growth including a solid onboarding optimizing and testing approach focusing on scale and ROI.
• Early Lifecycle Experience: Obsess about improving the experience of our newly onboarded audience cohorts and the retention of our customers. Design and scale our processes across the entire lifecycle focusing on early retention strategies.
• Forecasting & Performance Tracking: Forecast and set OKRs design & evaluate A/B tests and monitor key metrics. Investigate the root causes of changes in performance metrics and provide strategic guidance to various stakeholders.
• CRM Setup: Own and manage our CRM and tracking system youre chasing operational efficiencies and building foundations that scale with our rapid business and SIRIUS growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor or advanced degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics Engineering Finance or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a competitive growth environment (ideally B2C) in roles such as Performance Marketing Growth Hacking
• Advanced knowledge of SQL with the ability to leverage daily for query creation and building dashboards
• Executional excellence: you have a strong attention to detail and plan and track your progress with OKRs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence and gain consensus with senior stakeholders
• Fluency in German and English
