Head of Product mfd

Tasks

• You lead the product development of bettercoach overseeing both frontend and backend requirements.
• You foster clear communication channels between business and IT teams internal stakeholders and external partners.
• You take charge of product processes including scoping ticket management testing and release procedures.
• You contribute to the product vision by overseeing resource allocation and capacity planning for future roadmaps.
• You manage a diverse team comprising Product Manager Product Designer and QA Engineer.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive projects to successful completion.
• Solid grasp of technical concepts for effective communication with technical teams.
• A degree in Business Product Management or a relevant technical field.
• Minimum of 35 years of experience as a Product Manager in a technologydriven startup.
• Fluent communication and writing skills in English (German native skills are a plus).
