WHAT YOULL DO

• Develop implement and monitor a strategic comprehensive company information security and IT risk management program based on the Oetker Groupwide security directive
• Manage and assist in the development in implementation of the information security policies procedures and guidelines
• Provide guidance and counsel to the CLevel the senior management team and staff about information security and its alignment with business objectives and risk management
• Work directly with the business units to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes and work with stakeholders throughout the company on identifying acceptable levels of residual risk
• Oversee incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary
• Responsible for the management of the daily operations and execution of the information security disaster recovery and IT risk management programs
• Initiate employee training programs and awareness campaigns to raise information security awareness throughout the organization.
• Stay up to date on new technologies security trends and threats in order to adapt security strategies accordingly

Requirements

WHAT YOULL BRING

• Fluent in English and German (mandatory for this role)
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field; Masters degree preferred
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a combination of risk management information security and IT jobs
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a strong detail orientation
• Outstanding communication abilities capable of effectively articulating complex technical information to nontechnical audiences
• Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services
• Knowledgeable with various information security frameworks and compliance practices specific to the food and beverage industry
• Experience with Cloud platforms (IaaS PaaS SaaS) security
• Professional certification in information security (CISSP CISM etc.) are welcome
